2005 SUMMIT REGISTRATION

A fee of $35 will be charged to each participant to cover lunch and program costs. St. Cloud Chamber Area of Commerce members will be billed for the fee, and non-members should bring a check payable to "SBETC" when you arrive at the Summit. Council on Competitiveness. The Summit's keynote speaker, Randall Kempner, is Vice President, Regional Innovation at the Council on Competitiveness, a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization whose members are corporate chief executive, university presidents, and labor leaders. The Council helps shape the national debate on competitiveness by concentrating on a few vital issues, including national and regional innovation, competitiveness and security, globalization and benchmarking of U.S. performance against other countries.

Prosperity Strategies. Randall Kempner founded the company, Prosperity Strategies. Prosperity Strategies partners with community leaders to implement successful economic development strategies. Our participation takes many forms: meeting facilitation, keynote speeches, training workshops, community education programs, and long term consulting engagements.

Governor's Workforce Development Council is composed of 31 individuals representing business, labor, education, the nonprofit sector, the Minnesota Legislature and others with an interest in Minnesota's workforce system. See Governor's Workforce Development Council for more information.
