Services
We work with our clients to develop or refine the enterprise's management processes.
STRATEGY, STRUCTURE, and SYSTEMS are processes that are a part of
all enterprises. They can be thought of as "levers" that when
carefully aligned, can accelerate growth and enhance market value.

STRATEGY
A strategy is a clear and well-articulated direction toward profitable growth.
A good strategy has specific product, customer, geographic, and segment targets.
Strategy is the master lever for enhancing value.
STRUCTURE
An enterprise's departmental or functional structure is also a
lever for enhancing value, and it is critical that a client's
structure is aligned with its strategy. Structures are made
up of the following functional areas:
- Marketing & Sales –
The processes and policies for product planning,
pricing, distribution, promotion, and selling.
- Organization & Human Resources
– The organization, management team, work teams, and human
resource programs.
- Operations & Logistics
– Vendor relationships, production plants, inventory
points, and transportation routes.
- Finance & Control – The
balance sheet, acquisition targets, capital expenditures,
operating budgets, and controls.
SYSTEMS
The clients' systems must support both the structure and the
strategy. These systems include all technologies or software for
purchasing, sales order processing, planning, scheduling,
communicating, data management, analysis, accounting, and
performance measurement. The client's set of systems is another
lever that can be used to enhance the value of the enterprise.
